Look 21
Between Heilbronner Straße, Türlenstraße and Tunzhoferstraße in Stuttgart-Nord lies the ‘Look21’ project, with two office buildings and a residential complex.
Scherbaum Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH was responsible for delivering the office buildings as turnkey general contractor, while the residential building was developed by Scherbaum Wohnbau GmbH as investor and developer.
The location combines urban infrastructure with green surroundings: Türlenstraße to the south, Heilbronner Straße to the east, Tunzhofer Straße to the north, and the redesigned Bürgerpark and the Bürgerhospital at Killesberg to the west. The direct connection to the city centre, the proximity to the main station and the U-Bahn station right next to the site make ‘Look21’ a particularly attractive location.
Architecturally, Look21 clearly embraces city life while drawing on the adjacent greenery as a quiet oasis. The ensemble consists of two connected office buildings and a residential complex with a four-level underground car park. Between the Bürgerpark and the park grounds, 200 rental apartments and a day-care centre have been built.
A distinctive feature is the rounded façade facing the city centre. The office space offers modern event areas and high-quality back-office units.
