The current commercial area between Petersbrunner Strasse and Moosstrasse is no longer suitable for the establishment of new companies. The planned development of a versatile area where working, living and leisure activities are possible is therefore of great importance for the further revitalization of the town of Starnberg. It is also a decisive building block for the economic development of our town.

At the entrance to Starnberg, moosaik is creating a forward-looking urban quarter with around 80,000 square meters of floor space. It offers generous space for commercial, medical, hotel, and restaurant use, as well as other versatile applications—supplemented by a daycare center and public facilities.
In addition, modern living space is being created for a broad cross-section of the population, taking into account different lifestyles. The result is an attractive mix of living, working, services, leisure, and culture, which is connected both within the district and beyond with the city, the lake, and the Moos.
