On the former post office site on Hindenburgstraße, a new urban district is planned that combines urban living and working with the town’s natural surroundings.
In Bad Tölz, the “Ellbach Quartier”, a forward-looking urban district, is planned on the former post office site on Hindenburgstraße. The district is intended to combine urban living and working with the town’s natural surroundings. New local shopping facilities are also to be created.
Central location
The ensemble is intended to build a harmonious bridge between modern architecture and established infrastructure. Its central location offers excellent connections to the town centre and to public transport. Numerous shops, restaurants and cultural venues are within walking distance.
The buildings
The development comprises several buildings designed to blend harmoniously into the townscape. A striking building at the roundabout is intended to make an architectural statement and complement the district with high-quality workspaces. In addition, modern residential space is to be created that meets the highest standards of comfort and sustainability.
